Jithen Singh is documented in Eagle technical work around ArcGIS Server, REST services and system design from 2008–10. During the September 2010 Canterbury earthquake response he reported live crowd-sourced information being incorporated into a Common Operating Picture. From 2021 he worked with NZTA on its ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes proof of concept and deployment.
Parker Jones and David Pimblott belong to the earlier commercial story; later public records connect Graeme Henderson, Scott Campbell, Jithen Singh, Trevor Hart and Nathan Heazlewood with enterprise projects, technology leadership and professional services.
