Mike Donald led Terralink International during its expansion of commercial imagery and spatial-data services. Terralink’s March 2004 announcement of a nationwide rural aerial-photography programme names him as chief executive. The 2013 PropertyIQ acquisition application filed with the Commerce Commission identifies him as Terralink’s contact.
