PersonR. D. Williams Becoming a GIS profession

R. D. Williams wrote the LADEDA Plotting Handbook, published by the Hydrology Centre in May 1982. With P. R. van Berkel, Williams then described LADEDA as a geographic information system in a 1985 New Zealand Geographer paper.
