Ryan MacVeigh

Ryan MacVeigh is named on the Downer side of the GRAIL customer account describing the contractor’s GIS implementation from 2011.

Eagle’s customer account identifies Graeme Henderson as the account manager recommending an ArcGIS configuration and records Ryan MacVeigh on the Downer side. It describes GRAIL as Downer’s first GIS system. A later enterprise licence agreement widened access to the ArcGIS platform. The implementation placed spatial information inside an established contractor’s design and operational work, where the usefulness of a system depended on its fit with delivery teams and their existing records.
