Shelley Glassey, GIS Developer at North Shore City Council, offered 3D animations built from council GIS data in ArcGIS and viewed in K2VI for the conference opening film. The conference even had five-minute “show us what you got” slots. It was an Esri event, but much of its substance came from council practitioners bringing in the work they were already doing.
