Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA)

CERA’s spatial-data infrastructure supported a recovery programme involving many agencies and rapidly changing information. Public lookup services and secure information-sharing addressed different needs, while the organisation also had to plan how its systems and records would continue after CERA closed.
